In my first dream last night I saw a young Bruce Lee, the famous martial artist film star, he was about seventeen years old. I could see him shirtless in his typical karate pants and shoes. Bruce's wife, Linda, is there with him. They are both making their way down a subterranean stairway. Bruce is on his way to a challenge fight. He is confident and he walks with a sense of purpose. I have no doubt Bruce will win this fight. This dream ends here and I do not see any more of story from this point on.
In the next dream, I am in the local high school gym, I see a young Hispanic man in his early thirties. He is muscular with dark hair and a closely trimmed goatee. He is one of a group of about 20 State of Michigan convicts. I see them standing in the bleachers. He is a commanding presence with this group. The group has their eyes on him. Two young restless black males really stand out. They are twins! The Hispanic man is voicing his opinion about why they are all gathered here and several voices in the group protest him asserting his dominance. He is a new arrival and has not fully won over the group into following his leadership
.
Out on the gym floor I can see three or four newly released prisoners. They are dressed in new sharp looking suits. I see piles of convict uniforms. Each piece of the uniform is in its own pile. Off to the left I see the prison warden walk in. She is a very tall woman in high heels and a knee length skirt. She is a very business like in her demeanor. She offers congratulations to one of the newly released convicts, a black man nicely dressed in his new dark suit. The man yells obscenities back at her and she is mortified. This is not a totally unexpected response, I suppose, from a man who most likely spent years behind bars. This dream ends at this point.
These dreams were short but quite intense. My subconscious thoughts and attitudes seem to be filtering through in these dreams. I have always admired Bruce Lee's fearless drive and would like to tap into such a power in my own life. The prison dreams speak to my own fears about a lack of control over events and circumstances in my own life. These types of dreams often give me great insights into that mysterious world that lurks in my subconscious. There is a program running in the background that is silently influencing all my behaviors and actions all the time. Anything that might add some additional insight into what is going on there can only be helpful in navigating the twists and turns of life.

It seems they are making a movie about Bruce Lee's most legendary off screen fight. A fight that transformed his views on fighting and martial arts as a whole. Bruce developed his own fighting philosophy of Jeet-jun-doo out of this experience. It seems I was tapping into the universal consciousness with this dream. The universe was revealing something I needed know just at this time!
