Looking for Altitude

The dream, this morning, is set in Iran. It is a hot summer day and I am in a court yard in front a rather stylish old villa. There is an attractive young woman here. She is wearing a dark burka. I can only see her eyes and we are engaged in a pleasant conversation.

Suddenly, an angry man storms out of the house! He must be her husband. He is eight feet tall. He looks like an African American NBA basket ball player. A huge towering man of great strength and boy is he flaming mad with jealousy! I am running away from him. He is fast and it is all I can do to avoid his grasp.

Fortunately, I find some helium balloons tied nearby, I grab these and start to float quickly. The only problem is I am not rising as fast I would like. My legs are flailing to avoid the grip of the angry giant husband. I float horizontally away from him and descend a few feet further away. Now, I'm in mortal danger as he is rushing towards me.

Fortune smiles on me! I have wandered toward some more baloons! Only these helium-filled ballons are long ones like clowns use to make into toys for childrten. No matter! I got some more balloons, man! So I'm gaining altitude quickly and just when I am thinking I have made good on my escape. Angry husband dude gets a hold of my foot! I am kicking to get free. I practically have a heart attack and then I wake up.

I guess you could technically call this a nightmare. Most of this was fun until the end! Ha,ha!! The woman and I were just having a great and pleasant conversation. The chase by the husband was even fun to some degree. This dream might be a good candidate to try as a dream re-entry experiment. Maybe I could make peace with the angry giant? The woman might help me escape before he kills, tortures or eats me or something? The story needs to have a happier ending most assurdily!
